Rates
All rates include the daily maid service and linens.
Weeks usually run from Saturday to Saturday.
We do not rent the third bedroom separately, so you always have the house to yourself.
Unfortunately, we have to collect a 7% occupancy tax for the government in addition to the rent.
Dion Stoutt manages our house. He is always accessible, very easy to deal with, and has a staff of capable people who help him. He, as well as the maid, can help with you with any problems or questions that you might have.
